Great location! Enough to be out of the main area, but not too far to walk. Bar & restaurant staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Fantastic to sit on the roof and by the pool, have a drink and enjoy the vista's surrounding the hotel.

My only complaint was the noise early in the mornings from the cleaning staff.

Great hotel, great rooms, good location, good price for peak season and a nice little pool on the room with fantasic views of the city. The only downside is that the prices in the bar / restaurant are to high but i would go back to this hotel again.

Close to us Embassy and the canal leading to all favorite spots. Rooftop is romantic for night time viewing. Breakfast is great.

Staff too stress out and stress us out as well when asked them to assist us with tour reservations.

Exspensive for Drinks and Food, but this was all of Florence.

It was close to the train station.

Swimming pool was closed and this was the main reason we chose this hotel as we were travelling with our two small children. Wifi was at an additional cost. Hotel more like a 3 star than a 4 star.

On quiet street, very close to the fair at Stazione Leopolda, very friendly staff

One tiny little coffee machine for everybody in the breakfast room - that needs to be changed. Also, it would be great to have free wireless internet.

The location was very good ( only 10-15 min. walk from City centre ) . The swimming pool was little but we liked the possibility to have a swim since it was quite hot during our visit.

Prices in the bar were far too expensive . The service during the breakfast was not up to the level for a 4 * hotel ( rather 3 (-) * )

The hotel was conveniently located for the station and museums etc., all within easy walking distance. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

We found the hotel restaurant very expensive.

A warm welcome on arrival with friendly, helpful staff at all times during meals and drinks at the bar. Located reasonably close to the train station and within 15 mins walk of some of the main attractons.

Extremely helpful staff, everyone taking great pride in what they do - their recommendations for local restaurants were excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was a much appreciated feature and offered a nice finish to long days. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and chearful!! Rooms was so charming, fresk painted walls and cealing, The cold Pool on the roof was a saviour in the 40 degrees hot days in August, Good place to stay if you have car as we did, they have vallet, and its 15 € per night.. Which is normal for citys... We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights tremendously!!! We will come back!!!
